Pursuant to the following articles: Article 7 (Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights), Article 13 (Information to Data Subjects), Article 24 (Cases in Which No Consent Is Required for Processing Data), Article 42 (Data Flows in the EU), Article 43 (Permitted Data Transfers to Third Countries) Article 44 (Other Permitted Data Transfers) from the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, OLI S.p.A., with registered office in Italy, Medolla (MO), via Canalazzo 35, provides the following information:

Purpose and methods of data processing

The collection and processing of all personal data is carried out solely in order to achieve an administrative, fiscal or accounting purpose or other purposes related to the business relation established with you and/or your company.

All personal data collected shall be processed lawfully and fairly, shall only be registered for the specified, explicit and legitimate purposes indicated above and shall only be used in other data processing operations that are fully compatible with those purposes.

All personal data collected shall be recorded and stored in computer files and on paper, and shall be protected and monitored in such a way as to minimize all risks of destruction or accidental loss, unauthorized access, and processing not allowed or not in accordance with the purposes of collection.

Optional data transmission

The transmission of your personal data is optional and not mandatory; however, refusal to transmit your data or absolute objection to their processing makes it impossible for OLI S.p.A. to continue a business relationship or any other sort of relationship with yourself and your company.

Subjects and categories of subjects to which data transmission is possible:

All personal data collected may be transferred:

- for any purpose set out by the mandatory legal requirements;

- to banking institutions for the management of payments and receipts;

- to individual freelancers or to freelancers associations for the management of administrative, fiscal or accounting purposes related to the business relationship with your company;

- to individual freelancers or to freelancers associations for the management of debt collection and litigation;

- to foreign subsidiaries directly or indirectly controlled by Wamgroup S.p.a, even in its capacity of parent company, for the management, coordination and monitoring of all business activities and related obligations.

All personal data shall be kept confidential.

Right to access personal data and other rights

Regarding the right to access personal data, it should be noted that, according to Article 7 of the Decree mentioned above:

1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning their person, even if not yet recorded, and to receive such data in an intelligible form:

2. A data subject shall have the right to obtain information on

a) the source of the personal data;

b) the processing methods and purpose;

c) the logic applied, in case data processing is carried out with the help of electronic means;

d) the identification data of the data controller, data processors and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5(2);

e) the entities or categories of entities to which the personal data may be communicated and who may get to learn about the said data in their capacity of designated State representative(s), data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.

3. A data subject shall have the right to:

a) the updating, rectification or, if interested, to the integration of the data;

b) the removal, anonymization or blocking of any data that have been processed unlawfully, including data which need not be kept for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;

c) ) the certification that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified to the entities to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves the use of disproportionate means compared with the protected right.

4. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part:

a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even though they may be relevant to the purpose of the collection;

b) to the processing of personal data concerning them, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

Responsible for the processing of personal data:

OLI S.p.A is responsible for the processing of personal data and for this specific purpose the company is represented by its pro-tempore legal representative.
